Senior Director, Head of Commercial Operations and Analytics

Capricor Therapeutics is a biotechnology company dedicated to advancing transformative cell and exosome-based therapies for rare diseases. We are seeking a Senior Director, Head of Commercial Operations and Analytics to build and lead the operational backbone required to support the anticipated U.S. launch of our lead cell therapy for Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial operations strategy, implementation roadmap, and launch-readiness plan with clear milestones and accountabilities.
• Design scalable operating processes, governance, and decision-support capabilities for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.
• Translate commercial priorities into practical workflows, systems requirements, reporting solutions, and performance measures.
• Provide executive leadership with concise updates, business insights, recommendations, and timely escalation of launch-critical risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required with at least 10 years of progressive experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or analytics within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated experience supporting a product launch, preferably in rare disease, cell therapy, gene therapy, or other complex treatment environments.
• Deep expertise in commercial analytics, forecasting, data integration, performance measurement, and field operations.
• Hands-on experience acquiring and integrating commercial data and managing vendor-supported data ecosystems.
