If you enjoy owning real production systems, building secure automation, and working across cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure, this role is for you.
Join platform team to build, secure, and scale a production Azure environment — with real impact, hands‑on ownership, and room to grow into broader platform leadership.
What we do
We operate and evolve a production Azure platform that powers core business systems.
The team manages AKS workloads, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, databases, networking, and security — with automation, reliability, and security built in by default.
Your responsibilities
Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform (modular, reviewable, reproducible).
Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for safe, fast delivery.
Automate operations with PowerShell and Bash.
Package and deploy with containers and Helm; keep images and the supply chain clean.
Operate and improve AKS clusters (workloads, networking, scaling, upgrades).
Administer and tune Azure SQL for performance, availability, and security.
Design and troubleshoot networking (VNets, routing, DNS, ingress/egress, firewalls).
Embed security into IaC, pipelines, and deployments by default.
What we're looking for
Strong experience in most of:
Terraform (modular IaC).
Azure DevOps CI/CD (safe & fast pipelines).
Helm & containers (clean images, secure supply chain).
PowerShell & Bash (automation).
AKS / Kubernetes in production.
Azure SQL (performance, availability, security).
Linux & Windows troubleshooting.
Networking (NSGs, firewalls, private endpoints, WAF/Front Door).
Security best practices (least privilege, Entra ID/RBAC, Key Vault, image scanning).
DevOps pipelines, Docker, Helm.
Depth in several areas matters more than being perfect in all.
Nice to have
Enterprise identity, compliance, or security background.
Experience with workflow orchestration or complex automation.
Infrastructure as code best practices.
CI/CD pipeline design.
Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Networking protocols or service mesh.
Kubernetes ecosystem experience.
Ability to mentor and drive technical best practices.
Using AI as a work multiplier
In this project we use AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to speed up development, improve quality, and support deeper problem‑solving.
AI is part of daily engineering work — helping with exploration, automation, and reasoning, while engineers fully own the final output.
What we offer
Fully remote work
Modern tooling and strong engineering culture
Benefits: Multisport card & private healthcare
During the first 2–6 months (onboarding period), we’ll need around 6 hours of daily overlap with EST working hours. After the onboarding phase, the role continues in standard CET hours.
