Senior DevOps/FinOps Engineer (Cybersecurity Platform)

Sigma Software is seeking a Senior DevOps/FinOps Engineer to join a high-impact cybersecurity project dedicated to protecting large-scale digital platforms from automated threats. You will work within an autonomous engineering team to enhance infrastructure scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency for a mature, production-grade system.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze distributed systems to identify technical inefficiencies and implement optimization strategies.
• Build and maintain comprehensive infrastructure cost visibility through reporting pipelines and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to drive technical improvements and infrastructure scalability.
• Own optimization initiatives from initial proposal through to implementation and impact validation.
• Contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code practices and automation to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience in high-traffic production environments.
• Strong practical expertise in FinOps, cloud cost optimization, and financial reporting.
• Solid experience with Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Proven ability to present technical proposals and optimization strategies to engineering leadership.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English and a proactive, self-driven mindset.
