Senior DevOps Engineer (Security and Reliability)

Physitrack PLC is a global leader in digital health software, supporting clinicians and patients across more than 100 countries. We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and take ownership of the security and reliability of our multi-region AWS infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage our Envoy-based edge, including WAF rules, rate limiting, and bot management to protect against traffic anomalies and scraping.
• Harden our AWS cloud posture by implementing IAM boundaries, least privilege access, and runtime monitoring on EKS.
• Maintain our data platform, including PostgreSQL, RDS, and search infrastructure like Typesense, ensuring performance and security.
• Develop and maintain our observability stack using Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, and Sentry to ensure reliable alerting.
• Provide technical evidence for ISO 27001 audits, penetration tests, and enterprise security reviews.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in infrastructure, SRE, or security engineering with deep AWS expertise.
• Proven experience with edge technologies such as Envoy, Nginx, or Cloudflare.
• Strong proficiency in production Kubernetes (EKS) and Terraform.
• Hands-on experience operating PostgreSQL at scale, including upgrades and performance tuning.
• A security-first mindset with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential threats.
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate effectively within our international team.
