Senior DevOps Engineer

QualityMinds is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and help maintain and improve cloud environments and deployment processes. You will play a key role in enhancing infrastructure and workflows, focusing on CI/CD automation and system reliability within a collaborative, agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve cloud environments and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance infrastructure and workflows.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and reliability.
• Implement and manage CI/CD automation to streamline development cycles.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional IT experience, including 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong practical experience with Terraform and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python and Bash.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (minimum B2 level).
