Senior DevOps Engineer

USEO is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a stable, long-term project for a global Swiss client. You will be responsible for maintaining a complex, high-scale infrastructure that prioritizes security and compliance within a professional, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining large-scale AWS infrastructure for global enterprise clients.
• Ensuring system security and compliance with SOC 2 Type II and PCI standards.
• Designing and managing Kubernetes clusters, including private cluster configurations.
• Implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using tools like ArgoCD and Terraform.
• Collaborating daily with the client's international team to ensure platform stability.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in DevOps engineering.
• Proven expertise in managing production-grade AWS environments.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Terraform, and networking principles.
• Experience working within strict compliance-driven environments.
• Strong proficiency in English for daily communication with the client.
• Ability to effectively integrate AI workflows into daily engineering tasks.
