Senior DevOps Engineer

DocuSketch is a leading European software technology provider for the digital real estate economy, helping clients digitize and visualize properties through innovative technology. We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and help build and operate the platform that enables our engineering teams to ship software safely, quickly, and reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex infrastructure and delivery initiatives across various teams and environments.
• Evolve our platform toward self-service environments and an SRE-style operating model.
• Define and improve standards for cloud infrastructure, deployment, observability, and operational readiness.
• Design and operate scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud platforms using Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Build security and compliance into infrastructure processes, including identity management and supply-chain security.
• Lead root-cause analysis for complex incidents and drive sustainable post-incident improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure engineering.
• Proven experience leading infrastructure or delivery initiatives beyond a single team.
• Expert-level knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, containers, and cloud automation.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions, and GitOps tools like Argo CD.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure security, compliance, and identity management.
• Professional fluency in English and strong communication skills.
