Senior DevOps Engineer (Platform)

Physitrack PLC is a global leader in digital health software, providing exercise prescription, telehealth, and workplace wellbeing solutions to clinicians and employers in over 100 countries. We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and take ownership of our multi-region AWS platform, delivery pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Run and evolve our multi-region AWS and EKS platform using Terraform and ArgoCD.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines across repositories to ensure fast and reliable deployments.
• Lead end-to-end infrastructure migrations, including containerization and database cutovers.
• Oversee PostgreSQL and RDS at scale, focusing on performance, upgrades, and instance sizing.
• Optimize cloud costs through rightsizing, autoscaling, and strategic resource management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, platform, or infrastructure engineering with a strong focus on AWS.
• Deep production experience with Kubernetes, specifically EKS.
• Proven expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Demonstrated success in executing complex database migrations or provider cutovers.
• Strong proficiency in Linux, containers, GitOps, and scripting languages like Python, Go, or Bash.
• Professional working proficiency in English to collaborate with our international engineering team.
