Senior DevOps Engineer (all genders)

Distribusion is a leading global ground transportation marketplace, connecting bus, rail, and ferry operators with major online retailers like Google Maps and Booking.com. We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team and help scale our platform as we continue to grow rapidly.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve our GCP-based infrastructure and support CI/CD processes using Terraform.
• Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters across multiple global regions.
• Implement and promote observability best practices using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Engage in incident handling, performance analysis, and system tuning to ensure high reliability.
• Develop automation solutions to reduce manual operational workload and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to conduct Root Cause Analysis for system incidents.

Requirements

• Solid DevOps experience, ideally within a fast-scaling startup environment.
• Strong proficiency in Linux management and scripting in Python or Ruby.
• Extensive knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and public cloud providers like GCP.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Understanding of security principles, including encryption, SSL, and certificate management.
• Fluent English communication skills to collaborate effectively within our international team.
