Senior DevOps Engineer - fully remote within Europe (m/f/d)

JobLeads is a global career platform helping millions of users worldwide. We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our international Portal Infrastructure team and help us build a robust, scalable backbone for our rapidly growing services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize web applications and services to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Scale infrastructure to support a growing worldwide user base while managing costs effectively.
• Refine deployment processes and assist product teams in improving CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
• Collaborate closely with an international team of engineers to solve complex infrastructure challenges.
• Take ownership of key maintenance tasks and participate in the on-call rotation.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience operating large-scale, distributed systems in production.
• Expert-level Linux administration skills, including deep knowledge of storage and networking.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and familiarity with classic data center environments.
• Proven ability to deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code practices and CI/CD workflows.
