Senior DevOps Cloud Engineer (Azure) with German

Expected, Microsoft Azure Operating system, Windows About the project, We are seeking a Senior DevOps Cloud Engineer to ensure the stable, secure, and efficient operation of our Azure-based systems within a highly connected environment. The person in this role will manage cloud infrastructure, drive automation and monitoring, support incident and operational processes, and ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards. They will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through Infrastructure as Code and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities, Operate and maintain the IPS‑Nah application to guarantee stability, performance, and security., Participate in on-call rotations for technical system operations and incident response., Administer and manage Linux-based cloud systems, including patching, vulnerability scanning, and routine operational tasks., Design, implement, and optimize Azure monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Log Analytics, Application Insights)., Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automated provisioning and lifecycle management of cloud resources., Configure, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, for example using Azure DevOps., Proactively detect, analyse, and resolve incidents and system issues, and support post-incident reviews., Ensure compliance with IT security standards, governance requirements, and operational guidelines., Create, update, and maintain technical documentation and runbooks to support operational continuity., Collaborate with architecture, operations, and development teams to implement best practices and continuous improvement measures. Administration of Microsoft Azure Cloud – minimum 5 years of practical experience., Customization and configuration of Azure Pipelines – minimum 3 years of experience., Incident management experience aligned with ITIL practices, Execution of tasks based on technical documentation – minimum 3 years of experience., German language proficiency at C1 level., Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
