About the project

For our client from the telecommunications industry, we are looking for an experienced Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to support the development and operation of cloud-native platforms used by millions of users. You’ll work alongside software engineers, architects, and platform teams to build scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure while driving DevOps best practices across the organization.

Your responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.

• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines for multiple engineering teams.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and operational processes.

• Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads.

• Monitor platform health, performance, and availability.

• Implement security best practices, IAM policies, and cloud governance.

• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize cloud environments.

• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment reliability and release processes.

• Participate in architecture discussions and drive DevOps improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps or Cloud Engineer.

• Strong commercial experience with AWS.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

• Excellent knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong Linux administration skills.

• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions.

• Understanding of networking fundamentals and cloud security.

• Good communication skills in English (B2+).

Nice to have

• AWS certifications.

• Experience in the telecommunications industry.

• Knowledge of GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux).

• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.

• Familiarity with high-availability and large-scale distributed systems.
