Senior Design System Designer

We are currently seeking a Senior Design System Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our products at the intersection of AI and human-centered design.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve reusable components, patterns, and foundations to improve consistency across our product tribes.
• Manage and improve the contribution model, enabling teams to propose and ship components while maintaining system coherence.
• Collaborate closely with engineers on token strategy and the practical implementation of designs into production code.
• Create comprehensive documentation and specifications covering variants, edge cases, and usage guidance.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools into daily workflows to enhance speed, quality, and the structure of our design system.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and maintaining a design system at scale.
• Strong technical fluency with a deep understanding of how design decisions translate into code.
• Expertise in Figma, including advanced component libraries, variables, and tokens.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to justify design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Practical experience or a strong interest in applying AI-assisted workflows to design and development.
