Senior Delivery Manager (eMobility, Renewables & Energy Solutions)

Spyrosoft is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex IT projects supporting digital transformation across the energy sector, including eMobility, renewable energy, and utility operations. You will act as the primary delivery authority, ensuring stability and governance across complex technology environments while managing multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery management of complex IT projects within the energy domain.
• Accountability for delivery timelines, scope, budget, and quality across Fixed Price and Time & Material contracts.
• Coordination of cross-functional delivery teams including engineering, QA, DevOps, and architecture.
• Risk identification and mitigation within regulated and operationally demanding environments.
• Stakeholder communication with technical, operational, and business teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing large-scale custom software development projects in software house environments.
• Proven track record of delivering mission-critical solutions for enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native platforms, microservices, and IoT integrations.
• Experience in eMobility, renewable energy, or utility digital platforms.
• Ability to maintain delivery predictability and service stability in high-availability systems.
