Senior Delivery Lead (GCP)

SNI is a trusted IT outsourcing partner that delivers successful projects for prestigious global firms. We are currently seeking a Senior Delivery Lead with expertise in GCP to join our team and drive high-impact technical initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall program delivery, governance, risk management, and escalations while serving as the primary technical partner to client executives and principal engineers.
• Drive architectural decisions across cloud, data, security, and compliance, including authoring design records and evaluating technical trade-offs.
• Provide hands-on guidance on GCP architecture, data platform implementations, and modern cloud engineering patterns.
• Align business objectives with technical solutions and strict regulatory standards such as GxP and auditability.
• Mentor cross-functional engineering squads and enforce modern engineering, CI/CD, and quality best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in technical delivery leadership, cloud architecture, or data engineering.
• Deep, hands-on experience designing and operating enterprise data and cloud solutions on GCP.
• Proven engineering and architecture background with direct involvement in technical decision-making and implementation.
• Track record of delivering large-scale data platforms, pipelines, or lakehouse modernizations.
• Practical experience delivering systems under strict compliance frameworks like GxP, pharma, life sciences, healthcare, or financial services.
