Senior Databricks Data Engineer

Future Mind, a leading tech consulting company now part of the Solita Group, is looking for a Senior Databricks Data Engineer to join our expert team. We specialize in delivering high-impact, data-driven solutions for major international brands, and we are seeking a proactive professional to help us design and implement advanced data architectures in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Building end-to-end ELT data pipelines on top of the Databricks platform.
• Designing robust data models based on large, complex datasets to meet diverse business requirements.
• Maintaining a holistic view of the data platform, including source systems, networking, and orchestration.
• Collaborating closely with project teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 projects with hands-on experience in Databricks.
• Proficiency in Spark and Python programming.
• Proven ability to drive end-to-end data migration programs.
• Experience with orchestration tools such as ADF or Airflow.
• Strong SQL knowledge and understanding of dimensional data modeling techniques.
• Effective communication skills in both Polish and English.
