Senior Data Scientist / Tech Lead

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and validation of Machine Learning solutions.
• Design AI solution architectures that meet complex business goals.
• Translate business problems into data science solutions and present findings to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams to oversee the building of AI applications.
• Prioritize and control tasks within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial experience in designing and implementing scalable AI solutions.
• Proficiency in developing ML algorithms from scratch to production deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python and extensive knowledge of ML libraries.
• Proven expertise in deploying solutions in cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of LLMs, including AI agents, semantic search, and RAG.
• High proficiency in English (C1 level) and excellent communication skills.
