Senior Data Scientist

Join the Data Products team at Perfect Gym Solutions and build impactful machine learning solutions for Magicline and PerfectGym Next. You will collaborate with engineers and product managers to take ML use cases from initial concept to production, enjoying significant ownership over the development process.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deploy production-ready ML solutions with a focus on classical machine learning and statistical methods.
• Own models end-to-end, covering everything from data pipelines and modeling to deployment and monitoring.
• Improve the scalability and reliability of existing ML data pipelines.
• Identify opportunities where ML and GenAI can solve real business problems and select the most effective approaches.
• Shape the ML and AI roadmap by identifying high-impact opportunities across our product suite.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning solutions in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and classical ML, with the ability to choose the right approach based on scale and cost.
• Proven experience owning ML projects end-to-end, including data preparation, modeling, and monitoring.
• Strong hands-on Python skills using frameworks like scikit-learn, combined with proficiency in SQL.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
