Senior Data Scientist

Link Group is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead the development of high-impact data products from concept to production. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and production-grade machine learning, focusing on enhancing user experience through advanced personalization and causal inference.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate complex challenges into actionable machine learning hypotheses.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable recommender engines, advanced classification models, and NLP solutions using large-scale datasets.
• Apply uplift modeling techniques to move beyond correlation and measure the genuine incremental impact of products and campaigns.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of commercial experience as a Data Scientist delivering end-to-end products.
• Proven expertise in building and optimizing recommender systems at scale.
• Hands-on knowledge of causal inference, specifically uplift modeling, and deep understanding of supervised learning.
• Solid background in Natural Language Processing and embeddings.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TF), PySpark, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure such as Databricks, AWS, GCP, Azure, or Snowflake.
