Senior Data Scientist

Spring Health is a global mental health company dedicated to eliminating barriers to care through an AI-native platform. We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Advanced Analytics team and drive innovation within our core care coordination and provider platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end analytical strategy to improve engagement and health outcomes across our care coordination workflows.
• Design and execute a rapid experimentation roadmap to test, validate, and scale improvements for members and providers.
• Partner closely with product management and design to influence the roadmap and ensure strategic decisions are grounded in rigorous analysis.
• Leverage large, multi-source datasets to perform feature engineering and uncover actionable insights.
• Apply advanced methods, including AI, predictive modeling, and clustering, to optimize scheduling and care coordination.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional data science experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and Python, along with experience in data modeling using tools like dbt.
• Proven expertise in experimentation, hypothesis testing, and quasi-experimental methods.
• Experience with product development lifecycles and using AI tools to solve complex business problems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide business partners and navigate ambiguous problem areas.
