We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our team and architect advanced analytics and machine learning solutions that drive strategic decisions and operational excellence within the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deploy advanced statistical and machine learning solutions to support enterprise-level decision-making.
• Own the end-to-end analytical solution lifecycle, from data discovery and feature engineering to model validation and performance monitoring.
• Serve as a technical authority on model explainability, fairness, and regulatory defensibility in complex healthcare environments.
• Design analytics solutions natively within the Microsoft cloud ecosystem, ensuring alignment with enterprise data architecture.
• Partner with executive stakeholders and data engineering teams to translate complex business questions into production-ready analytics.

Requirements

• Master's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience delivering advanced analytics or machine learning solutions in data-rich environments.
• Proven experience in healthcare analytics, specifically within payer, provider, or regulated healthcare domains.
• Deep, hands-on experience with the Microsoft analytics ecosystem, including Azure Synapse, Azure Machine Learning, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with a focus on T-SQL optimization and analytical patterns.
