Senior Data Scientist

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist who combines strong technical expertise with a business-oriented mindset. This role goes beyond building models – we need someone who can proactively identify opportunities, propose solutions, and translate data-driven insights into measurable business value.

You will work across Data Science, AI, software development, and business initiatives, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize machine learning and AI-based solutions.

• Enhance and develop recommendation systems and intelligent data-driven features.

• Integrate and process data from multiple sources.

• Support implementation and migration activities in cloud environments.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and validate hypotheses using data.

• Develop production-ready solutions and APIs.

• Support pre-sales and business initiatives by preparing analyses, recommendations, and proof-of-concepts.

• Continuously improve scalability, automation, and quality of delivered solutions.

• Proactively propose new approaches, technologies, and improvements.
  

Requirements

Must-have

• 5+ years of commercial experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related roles.

• Strong Python programming skills.

• Experience with FastAPI or another Python backend framework.

• Practical experience building and deploying machine learning solutions.

• Very good knowledge of Git and software development best practices.

• Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts in a business context.

• Experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests.

• Proactive attitude and ownership mindset.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, including:

  • Azure Functions

  • Azure Synapse

  • Azure Machine Learning

• Experience with:

  • LangChain

  • LangGraph

  • LangFuse

• Familiarity with:

  • PyTorch

  • TensorFlow

  • Pandas

• Experience building GenAI or LLM-based solutions.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices.
