Senior Data Scientist / ML Engineer

As a Senior Data Scientist / ML Engineer, you will join a team of experts to design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions, ranging from airport operation optimization engines to advanced recommendation systems powered by LLMs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and validate Machine Learning models to support business objectives.
• Design AI solutions that address complex business challenges and drive measurable value.
• Architect and oversee the implementation of data pipelines and workflows, ensuring high standards for data quality and security.
• Coordinate with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams to strategize and oversee the building of AI applications.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders while working within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience designing and implementing scalable AI solutions including Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, and GenAI.
• Strong programming skills in Python with extensive knowledge of ML libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Proven expertise in deploying solutions in cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
• Deep knowledge of applying LLMs, including AI agents, semantic search, and RAG.
• High proficiency in English (C1 level) and excellent communication skills for direct client interaction.
