Senior Data Scientist – GenAI

Link Group is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our team, focusing on cutting-edge projects involving Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents. This role is perfect for an experienced professional who excels at bridging the gap between advanced AI research and building robust, production-ready software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop production-grade solutions leveraging LLMs and Generative AI technologies.
• Build and optimize RAG systems, including vector search, hybrid search, and query optimization.
• Develop AI Agents and agentic AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph.
• Implement LLM evaluation, validation, guardrails, and quality control mechanisms.
• Contribute to technical architecture and collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering and product teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Data Science, AI Engineering, or Machine Learning.
• 4+ years of professional Python development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI, specifically RAG-based solutions.
• Practical experience with vector databases, model fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA/SFT), and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML architectures, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
