Senior Data Governance Consultant (f/m/x)

Sii is seeking a Senior Data Governance Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role during a major Salesforce migration project. You will work closely with the Data Lead and business stakeholders to establish robust data governance principles, improve data quality, and translate complex business requirements into effective data management strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Data Lead and business stakeholders to ensure effective customer master data management practices during the Salesforce migration.
• Define and implement comprehensive Data Governance principles, roles, and processes specifically focused on customer data.
• Assess and improve overall Data Quality through systematic data cleansing, standardization, and deduplication strategies.
• Analyze customer data structures, ownership, and lifecycle management to provide informed, strategic recommendations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the business, bridging the gap between technical migration activities and business process requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Data Management or a closely related field.
• Strong, demonstrated expertise in Master Data Management (MDM).
• Proven ability to successfully define and implement Data Governance frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Salesforce migration projects and Software Lifecycle Management is considered a significant advantage.
