Senior Data Engineer with Databricks

Key responsibilities

• Designing and implementing scalable data pipelines on Databricks.
• Standardizing existing pipelines and migrating legacy data solutions.
• Developing complex data transformations using dbt and Python.
• Collaborating with data architects and analytics teams to support global data onboarding.
• Optimizing performance and resource usage within data platforms.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience as a Data Engineer with hands-on Databricks expertise.
• Very good knowledge of Python for data processing and dbt for transformation layers.
• Solid understanding of data pipeline design, orchestration, and medallion architecture.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of data solutions in a distributed team.
