Senior Data Engineer with Airflow

CYCLAD is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our team as a technical expert specializing in Apache Airflow. In this role, you will act as a key advisor for our customers, helping them design, implement, and maintain robust data pipelines within their unique technical ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with Airflow configuration, DAG design, scheduling, and complex troubleshooting.
• Act as a technical advisor for customer data engineering teams, helping them integrate Airflow with cloud data warehouses and transformation tools.
• Support customers during the initial platform adoption and production onboarding phases.
• Collaborate with internal project owners to manage scope, track status, and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Apache Airflow, including DAG development and operational concepts.
• Professional experience with Python and a solid understanding of distributed systems.
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants to improve productivity and software delivery quality.
• Understanding of Kubernetes, containerized environments, and managed cloud services.
• Familiarity with modern data stack components such as Snowflake, dbt, or Terraform.
