Senior Data Engineer Remote

Superdevs is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join a diverse, product-minded team for a 3–4 month project focused on transforming an existing backend into a stable and scalable Data Warehouse solution. You will play a key role in migrating data from Google Spreadsheets to a modern cloud-based architecture, ensuring high data quality and accessibility for our Finance and Operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build a stable and scalable Data Warehouse solution on BigQuery.
• Build and maintain reliable ELT pipelines using dbt and modern data stack tools.
• Develop and maintain staging layers, dimensional models, and transformation logic.
• Migrate and consolidate data from multiple existing sources, including external APIs.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering with a strong hands-on background in SQL.
• Practical experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform.
• Solid knowledge of data modelling, including dimensional models and Data Warehouse structures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with an ownership mindset.
