Senior Data Engineer Remote

Superdevs is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join a diverse, product-minded team for a 3–4 month project. You will play a key role in transforming existing backend processes into a stable and scalable Data Warehouse solution, working closely with Finance and Operations teams to deliver high-impact results.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines using DBT, Fivetran, and Metabase.
• Develop and maintain ELT workflows to extract and transform data from diverse sources into a centralized cloud data warehouse.
• Implement robust dimensional models and transformation logic following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide technical support.
• Build and improve modern development environments and CI/CD systems to ensure reliable data delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering with strong proficiency in SQL and DBT.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and modern data integration tools like Fivetran.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling and designing efficient database schemas.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• High level of independence, ownership, and analytical problem-solving skills.
