Senior Data Engineer

Experis Manpower Group is seeking a Senior Backend Developer and Solution Architect to join the HEART project. This role is designed for a hands-on expert who will combine technical leadership with direct implementation to build reliable, scalable, and maintainable data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of backend and data-related solutions within the HEART project.
• Design and implement scalable backend systems while working hands-on with Azure Databricks.
• Develop and maintain effective data models, including initial ownership of the EPD topic.
• Define and implement robust Data Quality Controls and data management processes.
• Act as a technical sparring partner for the customer and provide mentorship to the development team.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in backend development and solution architecture within enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Azure Databricks, data modeling, and data quality management.
• Advanced skills in Power BI and DAX for supporting complex analytical requirements.
• Proven ability to conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to other developers.
• Experience integrating AI functionalities into enterprise data environments.
