Senior Data Engineer

STX Next is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our team of creative problem-solvers. You will work closely with international clients to provide expert consultancy and technical architecture for reliable, high-performance data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative solutions for complex data challenges using advanced technology.
• Design and build robust data systems that fulfill client requirements and optimize user experience.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate unique approaches into technical problem-solving.
• Serve as a trusted consultant and architect for customized data solutions for global clients.
• Handle large-scale data processing and manage distributed systems to ensure reliability and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Data Engineering with a strong background in designing scalable data processing systems.
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Apache Iceberg.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS or Azure data engineering services.
• Practical experience with dbt for data transformation and strong SQL skills.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration.
• Strong analytical thinking abilities and B2 level English communication skills.
