Senior Data Engineer

In this role, you will work with cloud technologies, robust data pipelines, and sensitive datasets to deliver high-quality analytics for a global organization.

What you will do

• Build and maintain data pipelines and models supporting our analytics.
• Work with Snowflake, DBT, and Fivetran to integrate and transform data from multiple systems.
• Ensure data quality through validation frameworks and testing.
• Support data governance and secure handling of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with international teams to deliver reliable, analytics-ready datasets.
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform and manage code in Git.
• Create PowerBI dashboards based on curated data.

What we expect

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering
• Hands-on knowledge of DBT, Snowflake, Fivetran, and SQL or similar solutions
• Understanding of data privacy and governance
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
• Experience with Git and Terraform.
• HR/People Analytics experience is a plus
