DataArt is seeking a skilled Senior Data Engineer to join a project supporting a major global investment fund. You will play a key role in developing decision support systems, working end-to-end on data pipelines, transformation workflows, and advanced reporting solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance data pipelines and transformation workflows using dbt.
- Develop clean, reliable, and reusable data models for analytics and reporting.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and DAX measures.
- Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks.
- Work closely with business, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
Requirements
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills with hands-on experience in dbt and modern ELT practices.
- Solid understanding of dimensional modeling and analytics datasets.
- Strong working experience with Power BI, including DAX and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in Python, Airflow, and AWS cloud services.
- Experience working with modern cloud data warehouses, preferably Snowflake.
