Senior Data Engineer (f/m/x)

Sii Sp. z o.o. is looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our Data & AI team within the Centre of Excellence department. In this fully remote role, you will build and maintain reliable data pipelines, support data integration and transformation, and collaborate with senior engineers and architects on technical delivery to convert raw data into usable assets.

Key responsibilities

• Building and optimizing solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Synapse Analytics.
• Developing data pipelines, notebooks, and data flows.
• Collaborating with Data Architects and Senior Data Engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Following engineering best practices, including CI/CD through Azure DevOps.
• Documenting solutions and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
• Deep expertise in Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong command of Python and SQL for data processing and analysis.
• Experience with metadata frameworks and CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Understanding of Azure networking, security fundamentals, and data governance.
