Senior Data Engineer - Microsoft Fabric

emagine Polska is partnering with a global leader in the maritime industry to support their digital transformation and sustainability goals. We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join a collaborative team and help build scalable data solutions using modern cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable data platforms using Microsoft Fabric and Azure.
• Develop robust, production-grade PySpark data pipelines.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, data scientists and product owners in a cross-functional agile team.
• Review code, mentor teammates and promote engineering best practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience building scalable data platforms on Azure using Microsoft Fabric.
• Hands-on experience developing production PySpark data pipelines.
• Experience with CI/CD and modern software engineering practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work proactively within distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Interest or experience in Data Science or Machine Learning is considered a plus.
