Senior Data Business Analyst

Svitla Systems is seeking a Senior Data Business Analyst to join a global initiative focused on integrating digital tools into standardized solutions for a multinational leader in the building materials industry. This role offers a unique blend of business analysis and hands-on data management, requiring a professional who can bridge the gap between local business processes and global architectural standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze local digital solutions and document business processes, data structures, and underlying business logic.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and validate functional requirements.
• Map local data structures and business rules to global data models and solution requirements.
• Design and implement repeatable data transformation processes using Microsoft Excel and VBA.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Data Migration Analyst.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VBA scripting and automation.
• Strong understanding of data management, data modeling, and relational data structures.
• Expertise in data mapping, transformation, and working with formats like CSV, JSON, and XML.
• Fluent English or German (minimum C1 level) and excellent stakeholder management skills.
