(Senior) Data Analytics Consultant (m/f/n)

InPost Group is a leading European out-of-home delivery company, revolutionizing e-commerce logistics through its innovative network of intelligent lockers. The Data & AI department is currently seeking a (Senior) Data Analytics Consultant to join our fully remote team and help drive business decisions through advanced data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Support stakeholders by gathering requirements and transforming large-scale, real-time data into actionable business insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data model layers to support complex calculations and visualizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers and Scientists, to deliver integrated data solutions.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and participate in peer code reviews to ensure adherence to internal standards.
• Prototype and coordinate data visualizations to communicate findings effectively to business partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytical role handling large volumes of data, preferably in logistics, marketing, or sales.
• Strong proficiency in Python/PySpark for analysis, SQL for data processing, and Bash scripting.
• Comprehensive understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into robust data models and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
