Senior Data Analyst, Product

Kraken is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Product to join our remote team as a staff-level individual contributor. You will serve as the owner of the product domain, building the infrastructure and analytical frameworks that drive critical business decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own production-grade data pipelines, dbt models, and comprehensive metric frameworks.
• Define north star metrics and drive the development of experimentation infrastructure.
• Translate complex analytical results into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Design and manage end-to-end data systems that support product strategy and growth.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience in data analytics or analytics engineering.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining data infrastructure at scale.
• Deep expertise in dbt and extensive experience managing end-to-end ELT/ETL pipelines.
• Full mastery of SQL combined with strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience designing, running, and owning complex experimentation programs.
• Ability to influence technical direction and data strategy while simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
