Senior Data Analyst

NeueHealth is a value-driven healthcare company dedicated to making high-quality, coordinated care accessible and affordable across various populations. We are currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst to focus on the foundational bronze layer of our Medallion Architecture, serving as a critical bridge between third-party sources and our internal data systems.

Key responsibilities

• Document data mapping to ingest raw data from diverse sources into the Bronze layer of our data lake.
• Establish and monitor data quality checks to identify anomalies, missing values, schema drift, and other data issues.
• Troubleshoot ingestion processes and implement effective, scalable solutions.
• Document data lineage and ingestion logic to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance.
• Implement dashboards to track and report on data health within the Bronze layer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in data manipulation within raw formats.
• Experience with ETL/ELT methodologies and working with large datasets in a data lake environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail.
• Prior experience with healthcare data and familiarity with Scala or Databricks is highly preferred.
