Senior Data Analyst

Bybit is a leading global cryptocurrency exchange and digital financial platform serving over 80 million users worldwide. We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our remote team and drive data-informed decision-making across our diverse product ecosystem, including futures, options, and lending services.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior across the full lifecycle, from onboarding and activation to retention and churn patterns.
• Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards tracking business performance, trading volume, and key user indicators.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into trading strategies, leverage usage, and loan portfolio health to support product optimization.
• Identify and segment high-value users while modeling trading LTV and credit behavior to inform risk and product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, risk, and finance, to standardize reporting frameworks and evaluate A/B tests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R.
• Proven background in derivatives trading, options products, or consumer finance.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-timezone environment.
