Senior Data Analyst

Tabby is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and drive operational excellence through data-driven insights. In this role, you will collaborate closely with CX, product, and operations teams to measure performance, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize support workflows using advanced analytics and AI-powered tools.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale datasets related to agent performance, support interactions, and quality assurance.
• Write optimized SQL queries and build comprehensive dashboards in tools like Tableau or Metabase.
• Utilize prompt engineering and LLM tools to generate insights and assess model outputs for business contexts.
• Automate data tasks and optimize analytics pipelines using Python and Airflow.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business inefficiencies into measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a data analyst in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment.
• Advanced SQL proficiency, preferably with BigQuery or ClickHouse.
• Strong programming skills in Python for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with data visualization tools and modern data pipeline orchestration like Airflow.
• Practical knowledge of LLM agents, prompt engineering, and API integrations.
