Senior Data Analyst

Stellar Tech is a leading B2C mobile publisher in the EdTech sector, specializing in subscription apps and large-scale performance marketing. We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to take ownership of our LTV prediction algorithm, focusing on research, predictive analytics, and the continuous improvement of our forecasting models.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine the LTV prediction algorithm by identifying key parameters and prototyping improvements in SQL.
• Validate forecasts on closed cohorts and monitor model quality to ensure high accuracy over time.
• Conduct end-to-end analytical research to understand the drivers of LTV, including product features and user segments.
• Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to Product, UA, and Finance teams to optimize unit economics.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to automate analytical routines and model monitoring processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Data or Product Analyst roles with a focus on business metrics and impact analysis.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, window functions, and performance optimization.
• Strong foundation in mathematical statistics and experience validating ML models using metrics like MAE, RMSE, and R2.
• Deep understanding of in-app monetization economics, including LTV, cohorts, retention, ROI, and CAC.
• Proven ability to translate vague business questions into structured hypotheses and documented recommendations.
