Senior Data Analyst

N-iX is a global software development company partnering with industry leaders to deliver innovative digital solutions. We are currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and support a leading European online car marketplace in their strategic marketing initiatives and complex integration projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic integration and M&A initiatives by harmonizing marketing data, aligning KPI definitions, and ensuring seamless transitions into the client's analytics ecosystem.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify integration requirements, reconcile data discrepancies, and establish scalable reporting solutions.
• Design and implement robust data models and pipelines to integrate marketing data across various channels, brands, and acquired businesses.
• Build and maintain insightful dashboards to monitor user acquisition and marketing efficiency, providing clear recommendations to senior leadership.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance the efficiency, quality, and scale of analytical workflows and reporting processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics within digital businesses, with a strong grasp of campaign optimization and budget allocation.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale data integration projects or mergers and acquisitions, including data migration and reporting consolidation.
• Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with ELT workflows using tools like Airflow and dbt, alongside cloud data platforms such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
• Strong expertise in BI and dashboarding tools like Tableau or Power BI, combined with a deep understanding of data visualization best practices.
• Excellent command of English and a proactive approach to integrating AI tools into daily analytical tasks.
