Senior Data Analyst I, Medical Affairs

Spring Health is a global mental health company dedicated to eliminating barriers to care through an AI-native platform. We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team and partner closely with our Medical Affairs department to drive clinical improvements and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Medical Affairs leadership to define, track, and evolve key performance indicators and clinical outcomes.
• Build and maintain intuitive dashboards and data visualizations that empower non-technical stakeholders to monitor provider quality and program success.
• Conduct exploratory and ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for clinical improvement.
• Contribute to dbt models to ensure data integrity and consistent, scalable data structures across the organization.
• Serve as a data advisor, translating complex technical insights into actionable information for clinical and executive teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, visualization, and dashboarding.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation tools.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences, including clinicians and executives.
• Experience with modern BI tools such as Omni, Hex, or Tableau.
• A proactive, AI-forward mindset with a passion for leveraging automation and LLMs to accelerate analytical workflows.
