Senior Data Analyst, Growth

Kraken is seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our remote team and take full ownership of the Growth domain. As a staff-level individual contributor, you will serve as a critical infrastructure layer, driving product decisions through advanced analytics and robust data frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain production-grade data pipelines, dbt models, and comprehensive metric frameworks.
• Define North Star metrics and lead the development of experimentation infrastructure to drive business growth.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations for stakeholders.
• Design, execute, and manage end-to-end experimentation programs to optimize product performance.
• Influence technical direction and data strategy across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in data analytics or analytics engineering within high-scale environments.
• Deep expertise in dbt and extensive experience managing end-to-end ELT/ETL pipelines.
• Full mastery of SQL and strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Proven track record of deploying AI tools and designing rigorous experimentation programs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical teams.
