Senior Data Analyst, Business Intelligence

We are currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in advancing our business intelligence capabilities and data-driven decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate business objectives into scalable data solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reports using Sigma to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Utilize SQL to query, transform, and analyze complex datasets, ensuring high data integrity and performance.
• Establish and promote organizational best practices for data governance, metric definitions, and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with technology teams to improve data modeling, warehouse architecture, and overall BI infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with proven experience handling large, complex datasets.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing modern BI dashboards, with specific experience in Sigma or comparable platforms.
• Experience working with cloud data warehouses, with a strong preference for Snowflake proficiency.
