Senior Data Analyst - Customer Service EMEA

Danaher is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the EMEA Service organization at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. This fully remote role focuses on developing advanced analytics, business intelligence solutions, and actionable insights to drive service performance and operational excellence across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced analytics solutions, forecasting tools, and interactive dashboards to monitor service performance.
• Partner with global and regional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of operational metrics across reporting systems.
• Transform complex operational data into meaningful business intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
• Apply AI, machine learning, and statistical modeling techniques to solve complex business challenges.
• Implement automated data pipelines and self-service analytics capabilities to improve organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role within a global organization.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
• Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate business needs into actionable analytical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with fluency in English.
