Senior Data & AI Engineer

APN Promise S.A. is seeking a Senior Data & AI Engineer to join our team as a trusted technical advisor. In this role, you will work directly with customers to translate complex business challenges into scalable, high-impact Data & AI solutions using modern Microsoft technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end Data & AI solutions while acting as a technical advisor to our clients.
• Build and maintain advanced semantic models in Power BI, utilizing complex DAX measures and best practices.
• Work within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem to manage lakehouses, dataflows, pipelines, and notebooks.
• Develop and deploy AI solutions and Data Agents to drive business value.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing technical solutions.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Data Engineering, BI, or Data & Analytics.
• Deep expertise in Power BI, including advanced data modeling and complex DAX calculation logic.
• Solid proficiency in SQL and working familiarity with Microsoft Fabric components.
• Ability to read, adapt, and troubleshoot PySpark code within notebooks.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with experience in consulting or IT services environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.
