Senior Data & AI Analyst

Link Group is seeking a Senior Data & AI Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will play a pivotal role in the analytical lifecycle of our AI solutions, bridging the gap between complex technical requirements and strategic business objectives to drive organizational adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end analytical lifecycle, from defining business requirements and testing logic to ensuring successful releases.
• Develop and refine mechanisms to measure AI response quality, including defining key metrics and curating high-quality datasets for fine-tuning.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to design robust star schema data models and implement effective data quality checks.
• Lead and validate Proof-of-Concept projects for new AI use cases while evaluating alternative solutions to maintain a cutting-edge platform.
• Act as a primary partner for business stakeholders, translating their needs into technical requirements and facilitating internal AI knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in analytical roles such as Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Analytics Engineering.
• Expert-level SQL skills with proven experience querying large, complex datasets on modern cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing best practices, dimensional modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Practical experience with LLM-based AI tools and the principles of evaluating conversational AI performance.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
