Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager – Security Technologies

ITDS Polska is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager to join a leading cybersecurity organization. In this role, you will lead end-to-end security initiatives, driving strategic transformations and implementing advanced technologies to protect digital assets across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cybersecurity projects across multiple domains, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Coordinate project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to meet defined objectives and project scope.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops, providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships, including RFP processes, negotiations, and SLA oversight.
• Promote best practices in project execution within a complex matrix environment involving IT, security, and risk teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex cybersecurity projects or programs.
• Proven leadership experience in managing project teams and vendor relations.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Experience with security technology implementations such as IAM/PAM, SOC/SIEM/SOAR, or Cloud Security.
• Fluent command of both Polish and English.
